A substantial oak and stone-brick structure finished construction on February 19th, 2025, features a central watch tower, six elite stalls, and the Ashgate Reach Mount Registrar upstairs. It serves as the regional authority for breeding and mount registration.
A massive paddock is attached behind the stable that is used for testing the speed and endurance of registered mounts.
