Every property is catalogued with the prefix WF (Wayfarer), followed by the district code and a sequential number.
Tenancy is granted based on an application of purpose (e.g., building a nearby road, conducting a trade fair).
Payments are not for personal profit. All contributions support the construction of bridges, roads, and libraries like the Central Library of Eldersign.
