The Overgrove Tower is a civic structure situated in Ashgate Reach, constructed above the subterranean Treasury Vault within the AG-11-OW parcel.
Commissioned and built by local architect LACON, construction of the tower commenced on the 4th of September 2026 and concluded the following day on the 5th of September.
Architectural Purpose
The structure was designed with the intention of hosting functional beacons to project beneficial area-of-effect augmentations (buffs) to citizens and local personnel operating within the immediate vicinity of Ashgate Reach. As of its completion, the specific nature of these augmentations remains under active deliberation by the Ashgate Planning Committee.
While physically situated directly above the subterranean Treasury Vault, municipal records indicate this structural overlap is purely logistical. The tower and the vault simply share the AG-11-OW footprint to maximize the utility of prime real estate within the district, rather than serving any interconnected security function.
