The Sunder Side Zoning Ordinance is a municipal zoning law enacted in the Sunder Side industrial region of Ashgate Reach. Its purpose is to protect the function and integrity of the local iron farm infrastructure.
The ordinance establishes two strict exclusion zones centred on the iron farm’s primary coordinates (X: -478, Y: 73, Z: 499):
- The Primary Exclusion Zone (150 Blocks): The construction of village trading halls and villager breeders is strictly prohibited within 150 blocks in all directions from the central coordinates. To comply, surveyors must ensure no beds or relevant infrastructure are placed within the following bounding box:
- X: -628 to -328
- Y: -64 to 223
- Z: 349 to 649
- The Workstation Ban (48 Blocks): The placement of any job site blocks (workstations)—including covert storage barrels or incidental composters—is completely banned within a 48-block radius of the farm. The restricted bounding box is:
- X: -526 to -430
- Y: 25 to 121
- Z: 451 to 547
These regulations are enforced by the local surveyors to ensure the uninhibited industrial yield of the Sunder Side sector.
